I’m Salar Amini, the founder of Sali Foods. I come from Iran and have lived in Sweden for six years. Over the years I have built a wide network of producers of dried fruits and Iranian dates: suppliers I work with directly and know deliver good quality.
I built Sali Foods around a simple idea: make it easier for food businesses in Sweden to source dried fruits and Iranian dates, with a clear conversation about varieties, samples, packaging and delivery. Working directly with producers, without unnecessary middlemen, means clear communication, quality you can follow up on and competitive prices.
My goal is to build Sali Foods into a strong, reliable wholesaler: the supplier food businesses turn to first for dried fruits and dates.
